Nursing home
I wanted to know that the nursing home that my mother is at is asking me to make 100 a month payments to them I haven't sign anything yet.I had to pay other expenses the last 3 months without paying here patient liability,because medicaid can't cover this in the meantime.I thoght I was doing the right thing .The lady wanted to discharge her from the nursing home.What rights do I have .I only wanted to pay the people back what i owed them on behalf of my mother. Now I have another delima.Do i have to pay this

Your mother is responsible for the cost of her nursing home care. The payments you are making are based on her available assets. Are you spending her money on other debts? If so, you will have to appeal or revise the payment plan.
