Power of Attorney and Car Title Transfer
My disabled sister lives in Ohio and I live in Florida. I have durable power of attorney. She has lost her driving privilages and my brother has possession of her car (in my sisters name). Can I sign a limited power of attorney giving him the right to execute the sale and tranfer of the vehicle? By the way, the POA was created by a Florida attorney, but signed and witnessed in Ohio.

That should work. Give it a shot.

Essentially your POA is enabling you to create another POA. I suggest contacting the bureau of motor vehicles in ohio and ask if this is acceptable.
