Return of property signed to a relative
A friend transferred all her property to her daughter and son-in-law after a major health problem because her daughter insisted. My friend stills pays taxes, insurance etc on properties.
Daughter divorcing and has threatened to kick mother out of her home. Daughter Refuses to return any property to her mother. Mother about to lose everything. Mother thought that this would be effective only after her death.
Is there anything she can do to get return of her properties?

Re: Return of property signed to a relative
I would suggest that your friend contact the local Adult Protective Services and explain her situtation. If there is no such agency, I suggest calling the local police and requesting to speak to someone in the elder abuse and/or fraud division.
