my sister got my mom to sign her home over to her 1 month before she died, and I was in the will for 15 years, is this legal ?

Possibly not, if your mom was incompetent or placed under duress at the time. I suggest that you talk with an attorney.

If you have evidence that she did this under false pretenses or using fraud or undue influence you may have a case for setting aside the transfer of property. Also, if you mother lacked the capacity to make a deed, you may also have a case.
