are meetings by residents of a retirement home subject to sunshine law?

Good question. By sunshine law, do you mean are all the residents entitled to attend? Or the public as well? If this is a private retirement facility, it seems as though all the residents are entitled to attend, but not necessarily the public. Check the by-laws.
