is there such a thing as a duel power of attorney? The person lives in ohio; we live in florida.

You can name more than one person as your power of attorney and can specify that they act jointly or can act separately. Naming more than one person can be difficult if they do not agree and can cause many problems so you should carefully discuss this with an attorney.
