Vehicle purchase from person represented by POA/Breach of contract
My grandmother has Alzheimer's and is living w/my father. My great aunt (grandmother's sister) has POA. My father, grandmother, great aunt and I discussed the sale of a vehicle belonging to my grandmother. We agreed on a price and my father hand-wrote a contract, stating that the car would be sold for a specific amount to me. My grandmother and I both signed and dated it. Now my great aunt has taken it upon herself to sell the car to someone else for a higher price. Can she break a written contract just like that? Is there anything I can do to stop her?

It sounds like what you need to do is sue the great aunt for breach of contract.
