Will my parents documents, will, power of attorney, health directives, drawn up in Indiana, still be legal if they move to Ohio

In general if the documents were valid in Indiana when signed then they will be honored in Ohio. It would be advisable to have an Ohio attorney review them to make sure that there is nothing different between Ohio law and Indiana law that would cause issues in Ohio.
If your parents powers of attorney are older than five years I would strongly suggest that they obtain new powers of attorney since financial institutions will often not honor old powers of attorney.
