Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I have a 6 month old son and I keep asking the alleged father to take a DNA test but he refuses. I have already filed for a DNA test which he didnt show. So now I have to go to court which he already said hes not going to show up for. I dont want him court ordered the father, I want a DNA from him so i know its 100% his. What can I do to get the DNA from him?

In Ohio, if you file an action to establish paternity with your county juvenile court, the judge there can order him in to submit to DNA testing and hold him in contempt of court (jail time possible) if he does not submit a sample.
