Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
i am a 31 year old unemployed ncp who has been homeless now for 4 months. i need help with my case, i would like to know if there is a way to terminate the administrative order on my cs case on these grounds, as i am unable to pay and arrears pile up. I have not seen my children in 3 years, and the multiple attempts i have made to contact the mother have gone unresponded to, I dont even know if the address that i have is correct anymore. she has made no effort to contact me in these 3 years either. now im homeless, suffering from depression, and suicidal. i was also wondering if it would be in their best interest for a grandparent to assume parental role through adoption in my stead, since i honestly dont know how much longer i will be around, please help, i dont know if i should request a hearing, or send something in, i dont know what to do. i only know that the csea will not tell me where she is, and that i am now on the brink for a woman who obviously wants nothing more to do with me than my weekly payment. i need help to make it stop. please help me.

Would you like to terminate your parental rights? Are the grandparents you are referring to your parents? Do they want custody?
