Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

14 year old doesn't want to visit with father all the time

My question concerns Portage County, Ohio. I am wondering at what age can a teenager no longer can be forced to go on visitation weekends all the time. I know that it is 14 in Summit County but I'd like to know if it is the same for Portage County.

Your information is wrong. There is no age in Ohio at which a child can unilaterally decide concerning his own visitation. His wishes are only one factor in determining what is in the child's best interests.
