In Ohio, the court in a divorce decree will usually give the parties a certain amount of time to do what it orders. The process for transferring the cars into your husband's name is relatively simple, involving signing the titles and sending them to him. If he does not transfer the cars into his name and you have followed up a few times with a few letters asking him to comply with the court's decree, then you could bring a contempt action against him.
