i am 19 years old dating an almost 17 year old. his mother has gave us consent to date so that im not worried about. what i am is i have a constant battle going with my little girls father and im afraid if he was to find out he would try to bring it up in court and they would take my baby.. what can a girl do. i want to be happy and protect me and my child too.

Your boyfriend is a minor even if your relationship is consensual. Your have an obligation to keep the best interest of your child always first. This is what the court would consider if this matter were brought to court. Be cautious at this time. If you are serious about this person, it won't be long before he reaches the age of majority and this matter is no longer an issue. I would have to know more facts to be able to be more specific.
