Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

abused child

my neice is 15 and her mother beats her and her younger sister but not her other 3 children my neice called the police and they took her younger sister out the home and the others were taken out temporarily but now 3 have to go back eventually including the oldest my 15 year old neice clearly dosent want to go back and i dont think she should, what should i do?

You might be able to become her temporary caregiver. I suggested contacting juvenile court to apply for this.
