Accused of Sexual Child Abuse 1 week before divorce court date

One week before my divorce court date, my exwife and her attorney came to court and said that her daughter, my 14 year old stepdaughter, is saying I sexually abused her. It has been over 1 1/2 years since the allegation was made. I am divorce now. My exwife and I had 1 daughter....I now have supervised visitation. Is there a time limit for this investigation to be completed.

One option is to ask the court for a review hearing on this matter. I suggest you consult an attorney.
