Admend visitation hours
Can you tell me how to get an amendment on visitation for my ex. Currently it state Friday 7:30 am- Monday 7:30am. She now is in school and it needs to read Friday 5:00 - Sunday 7:00. Also what can I do if he does not follow these times?

For something as small as this, you two should be able to negotiate the change. Otherwise suggest to your ex that you mediate the change at the court where you were divorced. Otherwise, file a motion to amend visitation.
