Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

adoption

We adopted a girl 3 years ago who is now 14 years old, she has become a real problem.

Is it possible to have this adoption reversed so we can give her back to her mother.

We have tried to make this work

but it seems impossible.

Yes, it is possible to disrupt or dissolve an adoption. It is done through the courts by reversing the adoption and terminating parental rights. This is not necessarily an easy process, but it can be done.
