Advice on Custody Battle
Please advise:
Would the mother's decision to date a guy during the battle that was convicted of attempted importuning over 2 years ago impact who gets custody? The father of the child has a history with drug and alcohol abuse and also recently wrecked a vehicle and fled the scene. what impact would this dating arrangement have on the custody? would a court consider her an unfit mother for dating this guy? what would your advice to this mother be?

The court is certainly not going to look favorably on mother exposing the children to these types of adults. They will probably look at these relationships as going to the mothers inability to properly care for the children. My advice to mother, stay away from this type of person!
