agreement of shared parenting read into record before magistrate
ex and I came to an agreement 2 months ago in regards to shared parenting with children. This was read into the record in court in front of magistrate. Now ex wants this all ''set aside'' to file for full custody and filed a motion. Agreement that was read into record, isn't that binding. Or, can magistrate throw this out? Please advise

The court order or court entry reflects the binding agreement. It can be modified, but has to be done so through motion or request to modify with the court.
