Can alimony be garnished? If so, what motion needs to be filed with domestic court to do so?

Spousal support may be subject to attachment at any time after it is paid to the obligee, provided it goes into a bank account owned by said obligee. The attachment motion is done through common pleas court, general division. DR has only concurrent jurisdiction.
