Can alimony be garnished? If so, what motion needs to be filed with domestic court to do so?

Re: alimony
Spousal support may be subject to attachment at any time after it is paid to the obligee, provided it goes into a bank account owned by said obligee. The attachment motion is done through common pleas court, general division. DR has only concurrent jurisdiction.
