Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
alimony
If a spouse has been having an affair with a subordinate, and is fired for the affair. Will I be required to pay alimony as the husband? There are no children involved and our salaries are practically equal.

Alimony in Ohio is normally paid out when a spouse needs time for job training and skill building, or in the case of older, retired spouses, there is no opportunity for employment.
