Who is allowed to pick up child for visitation.

My 3 year old's grandmother spanks her, and I have told her that she is not allowed to do that, she is refusing to comply and insists on continuing to spank my daughter when she is in her care. Her grandmother picks her up for her visitation with her father, how can I keep her from picking up, and having contact with my daughter?

You should work through the father and not directly with the grandmother if the grandmother chooses not to listen. If you ex, chooses not to listen, I suggest mediation through the court system. Spanking a three-year-old, if it is truly spanking, it not a good idea.
