Annulment or Divorce

I was married in Nov. 2008. My husband abandoned me in April 2009. I can't afford a divorce through a lawyer. Can I file myself using a sample case that I obtained form the Courthouse and typing out a similar copy but pertaining to my situation,, ? and do I qualify for an Annulment since I was married such a short time?

First, you can always afford an attorney. I only charge $50 an hour and I never charge for any frivolous fees or expenses. I could likely do a divorce for you for under $300.
