Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Assets & Ohio divorce

My husband is presently staying with family in Ohio; our assets are self imposed lock down with the institutions (stating they need both signatures to release the money or a court order) due to the possible pending divorce. Is there any way or law in Ohio where my husband can get an attorney to get the restrictions on our accts removed and be able to get all the monies released to him/them?

I don't understand. Who is getting a divorce? What is "self imposed lock down"? If you clarify, I will give you an answer. Best regards, Edward DiCato

If assets need to be released for valid reasons, it is possible that the Court would grant permission. An attorney can help you with this.
