Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Att. did not get me 1 thing promised

can a att.keep your income tax to pay himself? I never signed. he was having my husband & I file jointly. He did NOT add my taxes in & kept the refund. He sent me a copy of Magistrates decission ( he blew our case) and will not answer my calls. I still have so many unanswered LEGAL questions and NO answers. Please tell me where I can find help. He has not sent final papers in so I found out I'm still married although final hearing was Feb.1st. Very unprofessional job to say the least!

Contact your local bar association and tell them you would like to file a grievance, or file a grievance with the Supreme Court of Ohio against this attorney.
