Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

They took my baby

My husband is in jail for the murder of our first child. I just gave birth to our second child and he is still in jail awaiting trial, children services took my baby because i still talk to him. Is this Legal?

From what you say, I am guessing Child Servuces have filed for temorary custody in Juvenile Court. What can be done about this depends on what point in the process you are at in the case. You definitely need an attorney if you want to regain custody of your child. Feel free to call me if you wish a free initial consultation. If not me, then find another attorney.
