Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Help please!

I had a baby a few months ago, the father was never present, I had to get a restraining order so he wouldnt get near us, he has a really bad record with drugs and has been in jail also, does he have any rights over the baby? can a judge grant him visitations or something? I dont even want him to see my babyboy, i am so scared, plese help!

You are still afraid after being successful at getting a restraining order? Yes, he does have rights as an acknowledged biological father, but he needs to be a fit father. Start looking into what it takes to request supervised visitations in case the father starts wanting to be a part of his child's life. He may not even qualify for this.
