Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

back child support paid...

I'm 20 year old .Just recently my grandparents paid off the debt my father owed for my back child support 20,000 dollars to be spicific. . My mother is now debating if she is going to give any of it to me. she instead is spending it on my sister who has a different father then me. I want to know if I am intitled to any of the money legally

No,even though the money is intended for your benefit. The right to it lies exclusively with your mother.
