how often can they take you back to court?

How often can the non-residential parent take the redential parent back to court to fight for full legal custodian?

There is no limitation as to how many motions may be filed. Custody of minor children is ALWAYS as issue for the court to consider by motion. However, duplicative activity can be dealt with by Rule 11, or frivolous conduct motions.
