Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Bad situation

Here's the deal... my ex-husband and I have been divorced for 4 years. He has been in and out of our sons life ever since. He's had charges pressed on him for telephone harassment, disorderly conduct, and harassment. All have resulted in fines and suspended sentences. He's been ordered to complete anger management, which he still hasn't done. He's over $3000 behind in support. He's been in rehab for behavior and on several occasions brought our child home in the middle of the night due to fighting with his girlfriend. Our child also has a medical problem that raises a concern. With the lack of supervision at his home. What can I do about overnight stays, legally? Can I prevent them?

You can try to have the custody portion of the shared parenting plan modified.
