If The bio father lives in one county and mother and child live in different county. In which county would custody paper work need to be filed?

In Ohio, custody starts with the mother of an unwed child. If the father wants to establish paternity over the child then he will have to file in the juvenile court in which the mother and child reside. Then if he wants custody, he will have to show that having custody would be in the child's best interests.
