Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
my little boy is 2 yrs old me and my wife divorced sept 2011 . i found out he not biologically mine . her ex boy friend was tracked down and dna tested. he has never been in his life. i am listed as father on birth cert. do i need to go through adoption process now that dna test are on record , even though the guy took off so he doesnt have to pay child support

In Ohio, there is a presumption that any child born during the marriage is a child of that marriage. As such, whatever court order you have regarding visitation and child support will stand until someone makes a motion to either modify or vacate it or unless someone brings an action to establish parternity in juvenile court.
