Boyfriend's ex-wife

I am currently seeing someone who is going through a divorce. His ex-wife is threatening to sue me for breaking up her marriage. Can she do that?

Generally speaking, no. At one time there was a cause of action called "alienation of affection" that might have fit what you are talking about. Ohio outlawed such causes of action (without more facts which perhaps you have not told me) a long time ago.
