Broken wedding engagement
My fiancee broke off our wedding engagement and has yet to return the engagement ring. I have heard in Ohio, I am entitled to get the ring back. Is this true?

An engagement ring is an item in which the consideration is based on the promise to marry. If the marriage does not go through, then there is no consideration and you are entitled to your ring back. If she refuses, you can sue her and most probably win!!!!!
