my brother was kicked out by our mother. her reasoning is he is inconsiderate and disrespectful and forgets things and complains about chores. he is honor roll student and and has one year of high school left. he is 17 is she allowed to kick him out?

No. She is not allowed to kick him out. He could call a social worker or tell his school or call me to discuss further.
