c d money in childs name to be moved

my sons father died son got insurance money we put in cds an now has 200,000 we want to move to gold an borrow some to help build a house that would be in his name judge says no!! is there any law aginst his ruling is there any way we can do this???

I am assuming your son is a minor and a trust has been established in his name. Any expenditures out of that trust has to be determined to be in the best interest of the child. It could be that in this market since housing values are not secure, it is not in your son's best interest to bank his future on equity in a home.
