Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

capias due to child support

the father of my children has a capias

for not making his child support

payments. and not appearing in court

and now he is making his payments

and tried to pay on arreage and got

arrested and now is in jail how can

he get out so i can continue to

receive payments before he loses is

job and again i will get no support

I suggest starting by talking to the assistant prosecutor who handled his case.
