Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I caught my husband cheating with one of our friends. My problem is-he makes the mortgage payment & my car payment, because I don't make alot of money. We have a 14 year old son. I don't know how I could afford a car payment & rent when I'm barely getting by now. Am I stuck?

No you can still get a divorce. Could you let him keep the house? Also, you could seek spousal support.
