Chances of father getting custody

I am in the midst of a dissolution with my soon to be ex and have a 2 year daughter and 6 year old step daughter that I have raised since the age of 10 months. My wife initiated the divorce and has a lot dirt in her past and during our marriage ( ie... affair, lies, abortions, exact father of stpedaughter). What chances do I have of getting custody of my daughter so that in her best interest she can be raised in a good home away from this type of influence?

It is impossible to predict your chances of getting "sole" custody without knowing a lot more about the situation. I urge you to talk with an attorney in your area.
