Change my name
HOw do I change my name back to my maiden name after my divorce.

You need to go through the probate court in the county in which you live.

I suggest you first check with the Judge that granted your divorce. Typically, if you are within six months of your divorce, the judge may be able to issue a retroactive order giving you your maiden name. If not, you will likely have to go through the probate court and pursue a name change like anyone else. Good luck.
