Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Is there any way to change my Magistrate? He has ruled unfairly and CLEARLY flirts with my exhusbands lawyer. They stay after the hearing with out my lawyer present and "talk". I have been dealing with this magistrate for over 4 years now. I just want a fair hearing for me and our children?

You have to show a conflict of interest and that does not appear to be happening here. Also, you can object to the magistrate's decisions and take this up in front of the judge.
