Name change after marriage

we would like to know the law on name's after a woman get's married for a second time. Dose a woman have to change her last name when she get's married ? or Can she still use her birth last name or her first married last name. Birth name smith, first married change all ss#, cards to Jones, got married a second time to Thomas. By law which name can she use ? or have to use Jones or Thomas ?

Either name. I do not beleive that the law requires the woman to take the husbands name.
