Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Changing Visitation Agreements

My longtime boyfriend has a child and was never married to the mother. He feels that he would not be able to change thier current agreement which she only chooses to enforce when she does not want me watching thier son while his father is at work. But she is always asking him to be flexible when its his weekend/holiday as to bringing him home early or letting her keep him and he is very flexible. Until now..Is this hard to get written into his current agreement? He feels he would not be able to change anything.

Re: Changing Visitation Agreements

To tell him that I would need to ask several questions and see some of the court documents. If you are around Summit County he can call or e-mail for a free initial consultation.
