Child custody

My childs mother just up and left state with our son.1 day before i was supposed to get him she sent me a message saying she moved.She was fired from her job here in ohio so she moved to new york with her parents.I have been the one who has been there for our son,and i am much closer to him than she is.What can i do to get him back.She already has kept him from me for a month.

You will need to contact the court system where the child resides for a custody order and also keep your local court informed. I suggest to consult with an attorney.
