Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child Custody

One of my clients is trying to get custody of his children. The grandparents are also trying. My question is, if the father is found, through DNA, not to be the biological father of the children, but his name is on the birth certificates and the parents are married, does he have any legal rights?
