child custody

im trying to get full custody of my 18 month old daughter and want to do my best to do so without a lawyer do to my finances. my ex wifes bf smokes dope around my kid and i want to get her outa that house asap. how hard would it be to gain full custody?

Child custody disputes are extremely complex and are not something that can be done by a non-attorney. They require full knowledge of Juvenile/Domestic Law and the relevant Rules of Procedure.
