Child Custody of my two minor children ages 2 and 3

I am being denied custody of my two minor children ages 2 and 3 based solely on the fact

that I am an over the road Truck Driver and cannot be home every night. The mother abused them with black and blue marks all over their bodies and they are saying that she will ultimately get custody again. How can this be justice for me and justice for my two minro children?

Any help will be appreciated

I understand that the children are young, but you may want to get a counselor involved to coroborate the abuse. Further, you should get pictures of the kids just after they come back from a vsit from their mother if there are bruises on the kids with a copy of that days newspaper to prove the date.
