Child Custody in a separation
If I were to leave my husband and our home, would he have the right to obtain full custody of our children because he would still be living in OUR home and I would be living in a rental home? I am considering a separation at this point.

Just because you leave the house does not mean that he will automatically get your child. One must look to other factors such as the age of the child, the relationship with you, your ability to support the child etc.
