Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child custody

I have ''shared parenting'' agreement with my ex-wife. I'm a good hard working father and I honestly think I can provide a better life for my sons. My ex won't work to ay her bills and owes more than $4000 in past due rent. Her current boyfriend is a registered sex offender that tells the kids to not call me daddy. I'm scared one day she'll get evicted and not tell me just so she can collect the hild support. What are my chances of winning sole custody of my sons in Ohio?....thank you

Re: Child custody

I can't tell you your chances, but if you have enough evidence to show a change in circumstances from your original plan and can show that the children may be endangered, you should be able to modify it so that you become the residential parent.
